2017 PS Art Winner!!

PS Art is a citywide art show of student work from the New York City Department of Education. The artwork is displayed every year at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.  There are approximately 100 pieces of art from students in Pre-K to 12th grade in the art show.  It is quite an honor to have a student’s work accepted into the show.  Last school year in June we had a first grader (now a second grader), Maria Barran accepted with her work, Owl Sitting on a Branch.  The art show was up all summer.  We are so proud of her and all our students whose work was entered.
