P.S. 161 - PTA

Hello! My name is Isabel Gilmore, and I am honored to serve as the PTA President of P.S. 161 The Arthur Ashe, Jr. School. As someone whose family has been part of the P.S. 161 community for the past 18 years, this school holds a special place in my heart.

I believe that strong schools are built through strong relationships. I value kindness, honesty, teamwork, and open communication, and I believe every family should feel welcomed, heard, and empowered to be involved in their child’s education. I am passionate about bringing people together, creating opportunities for families to connect, and helping ensure that every student has the support they need to thrive.

I look forward to working alongside our parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and administration to build an even stronger school community. Together, we can create meaningful experiences for our children and make this a successful and memorable school year for every family.
